What You Will Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the HRIS, including routine data updates, system maintenance, facilitating onboarding and offboarding procedures, and establishing new employee records.
  • Offer daily administrative and operational support to HR Business Partners.
  • Provide support for various HR processes and initiatives, ensuring adherence to established guidelines.
  • Assist in the management of departmental budgets, monitoring expenditures and providing relevant financial information.
  • Oversee the administration of employee attendance records, maintaining data integrity and generating relevant reports.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, addressing employee inquiries and facilitating enrollment processes.
  • Draft formal HR-related correspondence and employment agreements in accordance with company policy and legal requirements.
  • Prepare and process payroll-related reports, including Excel-based documentation and necessary approvals, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

What will you need?

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of progressive HR experience.
  • Previous experience functioning as part of a collaborative HR team 
  • Proven experience in managing HRIS. ( Bob big advantage )
  • A comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle and associated HR processes.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational skills with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • The ability to conduct data analysis and generate relevant HR statistics.
  • Prior experience in budget management is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite applications is essential.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English is required.
  • Experience working within a global organizational structure is considered an advantage.
  • Prior experience in payroll and employee benefits administration is a significant advantage.
