What Will You Do?

Lead the design and implementation of learning and training programs aligned with business strategy and departmental needs
- Drive annual OD processes such as performance evaluations, talent development, organizational surveys, and skills-building programs
- Manage the annual global and personal learning & development budget
- Evaluate training effectiveness and propose continuous improvements and optimization solutions
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, including external vendors
- Lead internal communication related to learning and organizational development initiatives
- Support the VP HR with company-wide events, HR processes, and cross-organizational projects
What Will You Need?
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in organizational learning and development.
- Proven experience in designing learning programs, managing budgets, and leading annual HR processes.
- Experience in a global high-tech environment- a strong advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Deep familiarity with learning theories, methodologies, technologies, and current trends in organizational development and learning - an advantage.
- Experience with AI-based learning tools, LMS platforms, and digital systems for project management and collaboration (e.g., Monday.com).
- Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.
- Willingness to join a temporary position (approximately 9-month maternity leave replacement).
