Glassbox is looking for a Sr. HRBP to join our Global HR team

What You Will Do

  • Provides both strategic and hands-on full cycle HR support to our employees and managers on site
  • Act as the HR Representative in our NYC office
  • Working closely with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and ensure effective communication
  • Lead recruitment process E2E (including online sourcing, social networking, managing external recruiters, interviewing and more)
  • Working closely with regional managers, provide consult and coaching to improve/enhance their leadership effectiveness through ongoing feedback
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
  • Creating and implementing global HR processes (Onboarding, Performance review, Internal communication, Talent acquisition, Comp&Ben, Wellbeing, and more)
  • Play a key role in cultivating culture, global mindset, and employee engagement; help drive communications and changes to create a culture of clear roles and responsibilities and transparency on site
  • Analyze new trends in the industry and bring forward cutting edge industry knowledge


What You Will Need

  • 6+ years in HR fields
  • Experience working in a global company (a must)
  • Has a people-centric, “roll up your sleeves and get it done” work style
  • Full understanding of all HRBP functions and best practices and experience in implementing HR processes
  • Experience and knowledge of HR Platforms (“Hibob”, “Comeet” preferred)
  • Strong track record of developing effective relationships across all levels of an organization, including executives
  • Able to exercise good judgment and discretion, maintaining confidentiality
  • Experience with multi-state labor relations and compliance and interfacing with PEO
  • Experience of working in a Tech environment and especially in hyper-growth stages 
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources or related field
